Amanda Lambert
Owner & President
Amanda Lambert is an Owner and the President of Columbine Roofing & Exteriors. She believes in hard work, quality service, and integrity — which is shown from the team she has built around her. Amanda puts her customers’ first and strives on exceeding their expectations. Her upfront and honest approach to leadership is what helps to set us apart from other roofing companies. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her three beautiful children and wonderful husband. Together they love to camp, barbeque, and spend time with family and friends.
Chris Lowe
Owner & Vice President
Chris Lowe is an Owner and the Vice President of Columbine Roofing & Exteriors. He studied finance for his undergraduate with Colorado State University and also holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership. He has over 13 years of experience leading large, highly functional teams while overseeing day-to-day operations of running a business. Chris takes the time to listen to his customer’s needs so he can provide them with a world-class roof repair and roof installation experience. In his free time, Chris loves to spend time with his family and take advantage of the great outdoors that Colorado has to offer.
Cory Lambert
Project Manager
Cory Lambert is a full-time fire fighter who serves and protects his community. His schedule has allowed him to also be a part-time Project Manager for Columbine Roofing & Exteriors since 2017. Cory is very knowledge when it comes to helping his customers diagnose their roof or exterior damage. He takes his time to listen to his customers and explains each step of the roof repair process from start to finish. In his free time, Cory loves to hunt, fish, and enjoying Colorado’s best places to camp and ATV with his wife and kids.
Dave Harr
Project Manager
Dave Harr is a project manager with Columbine Roofing & Exteriors (CRE). Mr. Harr has only worked at CRE since April 2019, yet has managed over 55 residential and commercial projects in the Denver metropolitan area. After 30 years of project management primarily in the government sector, Mr. Harr made a career move to the private sector. Prior to graduating from college, he worked for nine years at his family’s commercial roofing company in North Dakota where he learned the importance of dedication and hard work. Over the years, Mr. Harr has developed a strong work ethic and enjoys working with those within CRE and all potential and existing clients. Away from work, Mr. Harr can be found spending time with family, on the golf course, tennis court, or hanging with family and friends at the many craft breweries within the front range.
Dave Licea
Repairman
David Licea has over 20 years of experience in the roofing industry. He has been Columbine Roofing & Exteriors’ Repairman since 2015 and is the expert in any type of exterior roof repair. His attention to detail does not go unnoticed. Every customer that has the opportunity to interact with David states that he is the best they have seen and call back to have him complete additional repairs. On his free time David enjoys spending time with his family.
Dutch Voorhorst
Project Manager
Dutch Voorhorst began his career with UPS and quickly grew to become their Manager of Operations in Package Delivery and Tractor-Trailer divisions. He spent 27 years with UPS and learned how to lead from the front. He decided to switch careers altogether and started working as a project manager for a Denver roofing company. In 2008 he started Columbine Roofing & Exteriors because he wanted to run a company that focused on exceeding all customers’ needs through hard work, dedication, honesty, and integrity. He continued to grow Columbine Roofing & Exteriors to what it is today. In 2020 he sold his company to his daughter and son-in-law and remains an integral part of the day to day business. During his spare time Dutch loves to spend time outdoors and enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He and his wife enjoy traveling and caring for their five grandchildren.
Patrick Riske
Experienced Sales Professional and Outdoor Enthusiast
Patrick Riske is a seasoned sales professional with 27 years of experience in the industry. His
career has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a dedication to customer
satisfaction. Patrick’s extensive background includes being a licensed group health and life
insurance agent and currently holding a license as a Colorado real estate agent.
In addition to his sales expertise, Patrick brings 15 years of project management experience to
his role. He is currently employed with Columbine Roofing & Exteriors in Castle Rock, a
company that shares his values of strong work ethic, honesty, integrity, and maximizing value
for homeowners.
Beyond his professional life, Patrick is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys spending his
leisure time in the mountains, riding snowmobiles or snowbikes during the winter months. In
the summer, he can often be found at the lakes, riding stand-up Jet Skis. Patrick’s passion for
adventure and the outdoors is a testament to his energetic and dynamic personality.
With a wealth of experience and a commitment to his core values, Patrick Riske continues to
make a significant impact in the sales industry while enjoying the natural beauty and
excitement of the great outdoors.
Steve Alley
Project Manager
Steve Alley is beginning his third season as a Project Manager for Columbine Roofing and Exteriors. Prior to joining Columbine, he was a Paramedic Captain for South Metro Fire. Steve spent a total of 35 years in the fire service, which included 33 years as the Dive Team Training Officer. Before beginning his career in the fire service in 1988, Steve and his father owned and operated their own Windows/Doors/& Remodel business in the Denver Metro area for years.
While hard work and dedication is what Steve has built his career on, his primary focus has always been on family. Steve and his wife Liz have been together for 38 years. They share two adult daughters, two sons-in-law, and four grandkids. His free time is spent involved in their daily lives, along with boating, fishing, hunting and traveling with friends.
Mike Velasquez
Project Manager
Mike Velasquez is a full-time firefighter and works as a part-time Project Manager for Columbine Roofing and Exteriors. Mike joined our team in 2024. Specializing in overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, Mike ensures each job is completed to our customer’s satisfaction. He applies a detail-oriented approach to every project. In his free time, Mike plays ice hockey, enjoys skiing and snowboarding with his adult children, and loves traveling.
